Appstuh has numerous apps in development or in testing, and will soon have several in distribution.
Is there a way to buy your application if, in my country, I can’t do it through App Catalog?

There is no way for you to purchase the app outside of the Catalog, and I understand you do not have the access (due to limitations from Palm).
If you would contact me directly (and if you use Preware, a homebrew app), I may be able to help you out.
