Over the coming weeks, there will be many improvements made to the Appstuh website and brand. I’m very excited to bring these improvements, which have been in the making for many months now. With the launch of Sparrow for Twitter imminent on webOS, it is the perfect time to update the website
Stay tuned.

Voice Memos was pulled from the Palm App Catalog on February 12th because of an issue with Palm. The issue was that Palm did not properly allow me to flag the app as requiring webOS 2.0.0 or above. This wasn’t an issue for me (because Palm’s word to us as developers was to release it with a stern warning) until they announced that the “legacy devices” would not receive 2.0.0. This was an issue because people could purchase the app and never be able to use it (unless they purchased a new device that was capable of 2.0.0).
Thankfully, Palm added 2.0.0 More >

I am saddened to announce that Voice Memos will be temporarily pulled from the Palm App Catalog. The suspension request was submitted tonight (Friday, 11th February 2011), and it is expected that it will be pulled early next week.
The reason the app is being temporarily pulled is not due to a bug. It isn’t due to anything being wrong with the app. Due to the recent announcement that “legacy devices” (those that were released prior to the Palm Pre 2) not receiving webOS 2.x, I have received a couple emails from users with such “legacy devices” that now are unlikely More >

With the announcement of Voice Memos for webOS, we’re now looking for closed beta testers.
There are a few requirements:
- You must have a Palm Pre 2 (since it requires webOS 2.0) - You must not currently be developing/planning or be a member of a development team of a competing application (due to worries of code theft) - You must agree to a legally-binding NON-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) - You must be able to submit instructions on how to reproduce a bug, if you should find one
And some things that’ll count as a bonus (which could push you further forward into the More >

Development of Appstuh’s latest app for webOS, Voice Memos for webOS, is nearly complete. It is expected to be released into the Palm App Catalog for HP webOS devices everywhere* very soon for a very low price.
The application has been in the hands of PreCentral.net‘s Dieter Bohn for 10 days now, and another PreCentral writer, Adam Marks, is working on his “preview review” of the app.
Here are some highlights of the app: - Allows the user to record a voice memo, adding a title and description if desired - Email the voice memos - Delete voice memos - View all of More >

Gamer Friends for PSN 1.4.2 has been submitted to Palm.
New in this release:
You can now sort friends based on their PSNID, game name (ONLINE only), or login time (OFFLINE only). Dozens of minor speed enhancements Notification options for the background capability (blinking LED, vibrating, both, or none)
Also, we have a special announcement:
We submitted a FREE version for MEXICO customers. The reason is that as of yet, Telcel Mexico (the only official carrier) has not yet released any version of webOS greater than 1.4.0. Paid apps came in 1.4.1. Customers “south of the border” so to speak have never been able More >

I am proud to announce that Appstuh will soon be offering a hosting solution for the Appstuh Closed Beta Extranet system.
At this time, there is significant development going on to build an administrative front-end, as well as a mobile version of the Extranet administration panel. The mobile version will let you manage users, apps, permissions, etc. while on your Palm Pre or Palm Pixi from wherever you are (so long as you have a data connection). This will cost money, but the cost will be minimal, mainly to cover the cost of bandwidth.
Sound off in the comments to let us More >

The latest and greatest update to the Gamer Friends for PSN application was submitted to Palm a short time ago. I recorded a video of the app to upload to YouTube. The video is just a way to show the potential buyers what the app does and how it does it.
You can see the video below.
